The Cave is a mixed-use development set along a natural wadi in Diriyah, Riyadh, overlooking a historic cave that shapes its identity and design. Residential clusters follow the valley’s flow, balancing privacy, views, and connectivity, complemented by a subtle commercial layer. Solid forms, deep recesses, and earthy materials reflect the landscape, while framed openings soften light and capture views. The Cave delivers a calm, immersive living experience defined by clarity of form and strong contextual integration.

The project is based on a strong relationship between the buildings and the surrounding natural landscape, where the architectural masses are designed to follow the natural flow of the wadi.
