Al Hada Palace (Thamer Al-Muhaiza) is a luxury residential development that reflects the highest standards of design and construction. Built on a land area of 6,500 m² with a total built-up area of 2,650 m², the project comprises a collection of integrated buildings, including the main palace, guest building, sunroom building, and ladies’ majlis annex, creating a perfect balance between privacy, luxury, and functional diversity.

The scope of work included the execution and supervision of all structural, electromechanical, and finishing works, in addition to the complete infrastructure and utility systems. Comprehensive landscaping works were also carried out, including external pavements, parking areas, green spaces, irrigation systems, and decorative water features, resulting in a prestigious architectural environment that combines elegance, quality, and sustainability in every detail.
