Salmaniyah Gate is an integrated administrative complex developed for Northwestern Real Estate Development and Investment Company, designed to provide a modern and efficient working environment for businesses and organizations. With a total area of 20,359.16 m², the project combines contemporary architecture with functional planning to support a wide range of commercial and administrative activities. The development consists of three basement levels dedicated to parking and support services, a ground floor accommodating the main entrance, offices, and service areas, a first floor for administrative offices, and a penthouse level providing additional office or service spaces.
